Didn’t really have much as I was limited to what I could do due to surgery. The whole month of October I was limited to 10 pounds. Still I shot a few football games, a breaking news story, and some of my own projects. Enjoy my Photo of the Month of October.
It was a rainy Friday night at Civic Field in Bellingham, Wash. The battle for dominance begins. A Storm was about to hit. The Squalicum Storm hosted the Bonney Lake Panthers in the first round of the Division 3A state playoffs. The Storm lost 24 to 7 to the Panthers.
This is a super late post as I’ve been recuperating from a hernia surgery. Nothing worse than getting one and your doctor telling you not to carry more than 10 pounds. That’s pretty much one of my bodies and my 70-200. Sucks. These are my favorite photos from August and September 2016.
My Best Photos from November 2015 of Course!!!!
Busy month again. Sports and feature assignments for The Bellingham Herald and Whatcom Magazine, plus a few of my own found features. Enjoy!!
Squalicum Harbor Sunset
During an evening driving around Bellingham, I went to Squalicum Harbor as I liked how the masts of the boats stood against the darker sky. But as I was shooting, the clouds cleared and the setting Sun lit the clouds over the Cascade Mountains on fire. I got about a foot above the water to shoot this.
I was lucky the local clouds cleared.
