2014 WWU Graduation: Walking The Walk

As many of my readers know, I’ve been sans-computer for a while. Just last week I got it and was able to restore what was lost in a fire on June 7th.

Thankfully I had my two bodies with me when that happened. My Nikon F5 and Nikon D300s, and attached were my favorite lenses: 17-35 f/2.8 and 80-200 f/2.8. Good thing I was still able to shoot photos. But, without a computer, it’s hard to process or post photos.

Now that I have my computer back up and running, I’ll be spending the next two weeks catching up my blog posts.

This first one is an assignment I shot for The Bellingham Herald: the 2014 Western Washington University graduation.

Pointing to Mom:

Practice Makes Perfect:

It was fun but challenging. I tried to shoot differently than the other photographers that were there, so I kept moving around.

All these were shot with my Nikon D300s in RAW + Jpeg using my Nikon 80-200 or 17-35.

A Hug from Dad:
